June/July Recipe Exchange Round-Up!

This round's theme was Summer Favorites! We had so many different recipes, so this was hard to send the recipes out, since they all sounded great.

There were some recipes that were submitted that were not made, even though the submitted nestie did participate, so I mentioned these recipes. There was also a couple that were submitted by someone who didn't make their emailed recipe either, so that recipe was taken out of the round-up. I'm sorry if your recipe wasn't made. I did email them, and got no response.

Despite this, I hope everyone enjoyed each other's recipes...here are the posts!

Since she doesn't have a blog, here is what she sent me as her response to the recipe :)

Anyway, I made the lemon sorbet last night and tasted it this morning. YUM! It was really easy - although a little painful for me, I have really sensitive skin and always have trouble juicing lemons. Still, it came together in a flash! I chilled it overnight and then DH and I tasted it this morning, and it was wonderful! I can't believe that so few ingredients and so little work turned into such a great result! I'm looking forward to enjoying a bowl of it tonight after dinner.

2) Submit the recipe to nbbride06@gmail.com. The submission deadline is Monday, March 10. Please include:
- Your nestie name

- The region your recipe is from
3) I will distribute recipes by Friday, March 14.

- A link to your post here
7) I will then post a recipe round-up in April.

1) Please make the title or your e-mail to me the name of your recipe (Ex: Blueberry Waffles)
2) If you use a recipe from someone else, a cookbook, magazine, or online, be sure to cite your source.
3) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't sign up if you don't intend to make your recipe. I will be as accommodating as possible with all requests, but it is not fair to those who spend time doing this to not have their recipe made. Please email me at nbbride06@gmail.com if you have any questions, or post them here.

Also, if you would like to volunteer to host the May/June exchange, please let me know.
